We join forces. We walk. We Talk.

That's it.

 

Project WalktoTalk Bristol aims to bring communities together in a positive way surrounding mental health, raise awareness and make mental health a conversation. Just as we all have physical health, we all experience mental health too. Every single one of us.

 

The overarching goal is that these walks make people talk about mental health, often without even realising they have.

I was talking to a complete stranger about things I wouldn’t even talk to my close friends about. It was then that I realized how effective this walk had actually become” 

 

You don’t have to had experience with mental ill-health in order to take part. Supporting the mental health of ourselves, our friends and a whole community is most effective when everyone gets involved.
